At Red Pixel Digital, we work hard to deliver high-quality digital marketing, development, and IT services.
Because our work involves planning, strategy, time, and resources, this Refund Policy outlines when refunds may or may not apply.
General Policy
All payments made to Red Pixel Digital are considered final.
Refunds are generally not provided for services once work has started, unless stated otherwise.
Eligibility for Refund
Refund requests may be considered only under the following conditions:
Payment charged twice by error

If the customer is incorrectly charged twice due to a system or processing error

Duplicate payments will be refunded in full
Services not initiated

If the client has made a payment but the project or campaign has not yet begun, a refund may be approved after review

Administrative & processing charges may apply
Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be issued if:

Strategy planning, design, setup, or any work has already begun

The delay is caused by the client (late approvals, missing information, etc.)

The client changes their mind after project initiation

Services delivered meet agreed scope, but do not achieve client expectations

Ads, third-party platforms, hosting, or tools produce low results — marketing performance cannot be guaranteed

Services involve digital assets, custom software, or downloadable work already provided

Any third-party costs (ads budget, hosting, plugins, domains) are already paid
Project Cancellation
If the client wishes to cancel a project:

A written cancellation request must be sent to us

Charges for work already completed will apply

Partial work done will be billed and deducted before any consideration of refund (if applicable)
Third-Party Payments
Payments made to third parties are non-refundable, including:

Google / Facebook / Meta ad spend

Domain & hosting subscriptions
-
Software licenses, plugins, themes
-
SMS / Email platform credit
These providers have their own refund policies.
Mode of Refund (If Approved)
If a refund is approved:

The amount will be processed within 7–14 business days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
Transfer & Non-Transferability
Payments are:

Non-transferable between projects

Non-adjustable against future service bookings unless specifically approved in writing
Disputes
If a dispute arises:
